Strategic Recruiting Plan 2018-2019

The forms are now open to nominate projects completed in the 2024-2025 season for awards to be presented at the 2026 conference.

The Recognized Projects Committee encourages you to have leaders and project chairs submit the form as the project closes. The projects do not have to be 100% new. Submissions can highlight updates and changes made to improve existing projects and events. Submit now for judging next fall!

Communications/Technology - Education - Fundraising - Leadership/Service

Please submit projects using the following guidelines:
1.      All projects must have taken place between June 30, 2024 and June 30, 2025.
2.      Projects should be submitted online.
3.      Include Cover Sheet filled out completely with each application.
4.      Only three projects per category (Education, Fundraising and Leadership/Service,
Communications & Technology) will be accepted.
5.      Keep a copy of all the forms you submit.
6      Make sure all forms are clear and concise.
7. Any rectangular input areas on the submission forms that contain diagonal lines in the bottom right corner can be enlarged by placing your cursor over the diagonal lines. (which will bring up a reverse diagonal line with arrows on both ends) and dragging the input area to the right and/or down to enlarge it to add additional information.

All projects will be judged based on whether the application was turned in on time, if all the requested items were turned in (timeline, budget, handout); the content of the completed form, completeness, achievement of the projected goals, scalability of the project, and whether the handout thoroughly described the project and was memorable (included a photo or logo of the project).  Projects that include Equity, Diversity and Inclusion can earn a bonus point.  In addition, fundraising projects will also be judged as to whether the project is within a satisfactory ratio of expenses to net revenue.

Applications due September 15, 2025
